THE SPACE:
Two-story home with a large wrap around veranda.
FIRST FLOOR:
- Open plan kitchen and living area, also featuring the fireplace. Large kitchen table perfect for entertaining up to 10 people.
- Laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer.
- Separate toilet and bathroom with shower over the bath.
- The first bedroom has an amazing view of the garden, forest and river. (1 queen bed + 1 baby cot)
- The second bedroom is largest and features a queen bed and single bed. This room is overlooking the SPA area. (1 queen bed + 1 single bed)
- The Kids room gets lovely sunshine throughout the day and is further away from the living room. (2 single beds).
SECOND FLOOR:
- The third room is cosy and overlooks the forest (1 queen bed)
- The fourth room is a loft as it overlooks the living room. (1 queen bed)
It has also access to the upstairs balcony with an amazing view of the forest and the estuary. A little lounge is also at your disposal on the mezzanine.
OUTDOOR:
- A hot spa to enjoy the beautiful sunset
- A large patio alongside the house

- The little river alongside the backyard (Launch your kayak and cruise to the Wilson Inlet :)
- The Bibbullmun track is in front of the house and will take you to a beautifull walk along the inlet (Little river walk trail)

Walking: Step out of the property and walk along the famous Bibbulmun track. The "Little River walk trail" will take you through a beautiful vegeation along the Wilson Inlet. "The Bibbulmun Track is one of the world’s great long distance walk trails, stretching 1000km from Kalamunda in the Perth Hills, to Albany on the south coast, winding through the heart of the scenic South West of Western Australia."
Bike Riding - The Munda Biddi Trail has everything to offer and is considered as a world calss bike experience. Mountain bikes can be hired in town at Monkey Rock Mountain Bike Company
Birdwatching - Famous for if's native bird life, Denmark's ahas over 160 recorded species. Enjoy bird watching just in front of the house along the Wilson inlet
Wildflowers - Denmark with i's unique climate offers all year long a unique experience to wildflowers enthusiast. There's always something blooming in the forests
Surfing - Denmark has become a popular surfing location over the year. Ocean Beach been only 5mn drive from the house just completes the package. Ther also other popular surfing destination such as Lights Beach, Parry's Beach and Hillier's Beach.
Swimming/ Beaches Green's Pool, Elephant Pool and beaches listed above have been a popular destination for many, many years.
Wind surfing, kite surfing, kayaking & canoeing are also sports that can be experienced from the house.
